About the Presenter:

Esther Williams is a nationally known Educator, Author and Licensed Professional Counselor who brings her unique style and humor to professional development seminars and keynote speeches. Esther has experience as a middle school teacher and counselor and an elementary and alternative school counselor. She has twenty-five years experience in public education. Esther’s experience in the classroom and as a school counselor gave her a unique opportunity to work with “Reluctant Learners.” She developed and implemented several successful programs to work with this high risk group.

Esther received a Bachelors of Science Degree and Maters of Counseling Degree from Auburn University. After retiring from the Alabama public school system, she founded Positive Paths, Inc. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Auburn AL. She consults with school systems throughout the United States on numerous school related issues including bullying, anger management, ADHD and student motivation. She has published two books, Breaking Down the Wall of Anger and The Bully, The Bullied and Beyond both available through YouthLight Inc.

Esther has been making presentations for over ten years. She has the ability to establish rapport with her audiences and her presentations are high-energy, educational, entertaining and inspiring.
